The Kendrick Board has extensive resource project experience in southern Africa, and Namibia in particular, and is focused on the Bonya Exploration Pty Namibia (“Bonya”) Rare Earth Project.
The Bonya Rare Earth Project has flagship status and after entering into an exclusive option agreement with Bonya to acquire not less than 70% interest in the Project in January 2026, the Company formally exercised the option on 23 February 2026.
The Company’s strategy is to develop The Bonya REE Project through the rapid deployment of key personnel with a focus on the generation of high quality data leading to a Maiden Mineral Resource Estimate.

Where specific expertise is needed, acknowledged expert consultants are retained.
