About Us

Kendrick Resources PLC (LSE:KEN) is becoming a key player in the emerging European battery manufacturing market. The company has a suite of high-quality and diverse battery metal assets located across Scandinavia and plans rapidly to move them towards production.

Demand for sustainable, low-carbon batteries is rising, and Europe is increasingly becoming a major centre both in terms of the generation of this demand, and for the sourcing of supply to meet it. Kendrick is well placed to supply battery metals directly into the manufacturing hubs of Northern Europe.

The company is keenly aware that it operates in a global economy in which the development of an ethical, zero-carbon and circular battery industry has become a key requirement, especially regarding the net zero goals targeted for 2050. The wealth of energy generated via renewable sources in Scandavia makes production of zero to low carbon batteries in this region possible.

Electrification of everything is moving ahead and the demand for batteries is stratospheric.JB Straubel, Tesla CTO

Our mission at Tesla was to help catalyze this, to ignite all this excitement on electric vehicles. It’s very rewarding to see it happening, but it’s happening almost so fast it’s running ahead of the ability for the whole supply chain to make it real.JB Straubel, Tesla CTO

Kendrick Resources Plc is incorporated and registered in England & Wales under the Companies Act 1985 with registered number 02401127. The Company has projects in Sweden and Finland and Norway. The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

STRATEGY

Scandinavia is rapidly becoming a global leader and centralised hub for the manufacture of advanced, efficient, and low-carbon batteries that will meet the rapid rise in demand across Europe.

To that end, several government directives have already been implemented and infrastructure has been built. The Scandinavian countries are forming critical alliances in the supply of raw materials, production of batteries in new gigafactories, in the development of new technologies and in recycling.

The idea is to make the battery supply chain fully circular.

Kendrick Resources aims to build a top-tier energy metals production business that can deliver battery metals directly into this supply chain.
